Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of orders placed with Lime Concepts General Trading LLC.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For GCC countries and international destinations, shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your location and will be shown during checkout.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at sites@limeconcepts.ae for a custom shipping quote or assistance.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding UAE public holidays and weekends.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
3. Delivery & Pickup Options
UAE Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
UAE Pickup Option:
Pickup available within 2–4 business days. Customers will receive an email once the order is ready for collection. Full pickup instructions will be provided.
GCC Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, subject to customs clearance.
International Shipping:
Delivery timelines and availability depend on the destination and selected courier. Shipping options will appear at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or peak demand periods.
4. Shipping Fees
UAE Orders:
Free shipping on orders over AED 200.
Flat rate of AED 25 for orders up to 3kg.
Orders exceeding 3kg: fees calculated automatically at checkout.
Pickup option: Free of charge.
GCC / International Orders:
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery.
5. Shipment Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
If tracking details are not received within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact us at sites@limeconcepts.ae.
6. Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Undeliverable Orders / Return to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
Non-collection within the holding period
The customer will be contacted. A redelivery fee may apply before reshipping.
